Strandbygaard, a family owned printing company since 1898, wanted to take a new position in the market for digital and offset printing. They needed insight into market opportunities in order to enable them to proactively create value for new customer segments.
To learn about business relationships, services and delivery experiences we got involved with employees, customers and suppliers and talked to them to uncover new ways. From this process opportunities surfaced which led to new expansion strategies and unique branding ideas telling the story of quality craftsmanship in print.
